Terms & Conditions for Passion Online Shopping Platform
All the online orders should be paid through our payment gateway. Customers can pay by credit cards only. Cash upon delivery, bank transfer or payment in shops are not available.
Customers should provide true delivery information when placing their orders on our website (www.Passionhkcafe.com). If the customer provides any false information that causes any loss of Passion, Passion will reserve any right to take legal action to the customer.
Once your order is confirmed by our system and the payment has been accepted in our payment gateway, no cancellation is available. Customers should always check the order detail carefully before going to the payment gateway. Customers will receive an order confirmation through email. For delivery order, our delivery team will contact the customers directly to confirm the actual time of delivery.
Passion only provides selected items on our online shop. Our system is updated regularly for product rotation, however, in case of any unavailability of selected products, our online salesperson may contact the customers directly and offer any possible alternative. In such cases, the customer has the right to cancel the order and no charge will be made in this case.
Delivery under Typhoon or Rainstorm Signals
In case of Typhoon signal no. 8 and/or Black Rainstorm signal, delivery will be postponed and our delivery team will contact the customers for rearrangement of the delivery. Passion will not be responsible for any delay caused by events beyond its control including strikes, natural disasters or terrorisms.
Passion cares about every of our customers. In case of any feedback or comment, customers can contact us by email or using the inquiry form on our website www.Passionhkcafe.com. Usually it takes about 2-3 working days to proceed a case and our customer service representative may contact the customers by email or phone call.
Passion shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages including, without limit, loss of profits, revenue or other benefits arising from or related to a breach of this Terms & Conditions, or for claims against you by any third party.
Return & Refund
Return and refund are not available once the order is placed and the payment is accepted by our payment gateway. Changes can only be made when there is any out of stock. Our staff will contact the customer by phone call to offer any possible alternative.
Storage of Products
All of our products are stored in the standard fridge condition. Once the order is delivered to the customer, he/she should store the product(s) in a cool dry place with the ideal temperature of 16-18°C.
All of our online transactions shall be governed by the laws of the HONG KONG SAR.
