Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, Tung Chung and New Territories (except Outlying Islands, Discovery Bay, Park Island, Ma Wan and remote locations not identified by Google Map e.g. village houses).

Customized greetings on the chocolate plaque are limited to maximum of 10 Chinese characters, a maximum of 15 mixed Chinese and English characters, OR a maximum of 20 English characters. Punctuations and spaces are inclusive. Emoji is not accepted.

You are highly recommended to keep our cake products on the fridge with ideal temperature of 0 - 4°C.
Change, refund or cancellation to orders will not be accepted upon order confirmation.
For cakes, we suggest to keep refrigerated between 0-4°C, it can at most be placed in room temperature for 1-2 hours (depending on the weather) and should be consumed within 2 days after received.
For macarons, we suggest to keep refrigerated between 2-4°C, it can at most be placed in room temperature for 3-4 hours (depending on the weather) and should be consumed within 4 days after received.
